Brain Drawing
This is a design response to the research paper:
Hybrid EEG-EOG Brain-Computer Interface System for Practical Machine Control
Yunyong Punsawad, Yodchanan Wongsawat, M. Parnichkun 11 November 2010
A simple p5.js coded webpage interaction canvas controlled by an EEG helmet and an eye-tracking sensor. The user can control a circle’s movement and color change by looking at different screen areas and thinking about turning left and right. White color and blue colors are mapped to the control commands “turn left” and “turn right” sent by the user’s mind. Finally, a path formed by different color depths can be drawn. Using vision and brainwaves for control allows users to experience the research described in the paper.
